It’s been a few years since I added an entry into my wax wrapper museum here at Branded, but I was cleaning out a drawer this morning and stumbled on three wax wrappers that I’ve been meaning to scan for like three years. These wrappers are from one of my favorite 80s era trading card sets, Donruss’ 1983 set of zany super hero trading card/stickers called Zero Heroes.
I love these primary colors that match the Super Bubble bubble gum that Donruss was hawking on the wrappers. Keeping the whole thing on-brand.
For some reason I don’t see these referenced all that often in the nostalgia circles online, which is a shame because the artwork on these stickers, and these wrappers, is so good.
